Supply and replace 8 white kitchen downlights and replace with LED lights

Supply and install stainless steel 900mm x 750mm cooker splashback

Move double plug by cooker

Supply and install white cooker extractor fan 900mm

Supply and install 11 100mm x 100mm white tiles behind the sink

Sand down all kitchen worktops and re oil using 3 coats of Danish oil

Sand down all kitchen cabinet doors and re oil using 3 coats of Danish oil

Supply and install 7 small wooden kitchen door knobs and 1 large

Sand down kitchen dining table and re oil using 3 coats of Danish oil

Sand down kitchen floor and re oil using 3 coats of Danish oil

Supply and replace bath hot water tap washer

Supply and replace 2 white LED downlights in loft bedroom using new board to cover holes

Re fix loose guttering in front of house ( subject to not needing new guttering )

Render missing render on side of house and repaint black
