Remove all wall tiles
Skim all walls and ceiling
Replace plasterboard on the wall side of the bath tub
Supply and install new wall tiles to bath and shower walls
Replace floorboard under the bath tub
Paint all walls and ceiling
Supply ad install new floor lino Acousflor commercial vinyl, at least 4.5mm thick with 0.3 wear layer in the toilet floor.
Chase in pipework and cables for shower into wall

Supply and fit 2 new fire doors
Remove and dispose of old doors ( extra£45 )
