Cut out damaged floor area
Source leak and repair
Remove quadrant shower cubicle and thermostat controls
Remove mosaic tiles from shower cubicle and behind toilet
Level wall to accommodate new shower cubicle 1200 x 900
Replace shower thermostat controls and riser
Supply and tile around new shower cubicle
Replace bath taps ( supplied by customer )
Replace damaged floor area with same thickness ship ply
Remove all floor tiles
Supply new tiles and re tile using flexible adhesive and re grout
Repair toilet wall area by re skimming
Re plumb existing toilet back into new position
Paint all walls and ceiling
Cap 1 towel rail radiator
Install new larger towel rail radiator
