KHS did a site visit on the day I telephoned, and came back several days later as agreed. It could have been a quick-fix option that would have gone wrong quite soon, but the gate posts were repositioned and the work was done properly, looking set to last. The price was reasonable, and it was a very smooth experience all around, after I had several other tradesman making much more fuss over the job than it merited. I'll definitely use him again, and I have no hesitation in recommending.

Set date and time to do the work there and then and subsequently arrived on time to carry out the work. No mess left behind and checked with me that I was happy with what he had done. Neat, tidy job carried out quickly. Impressed and very glad to have found someone who is prepared to do small jobs around the home.
