Remove existing kitchen ( keep white goods and cooker )
Make good of all walls and ceilings
Supply and install kitchen as per magnet diagrams and images ( attached in email )
Plumb in all water and electric supplies
Paint all walls, ceiling and woodwork
Supply and install new floor lino

Dispose of all rubbish
to include kitchen and approx 2 tonne of hardcore from chimney breast
