Skirtings & facings prepared and repainted with two coats of gloss.

Apply 9mm plywood & tile floor with white 12" tiles throughout.

Remove & Replace complete kitchen with brand new wall & base units (based on upto 2 wall units and 3 base units).
Remove & Replace worktop (based on up to 2 lengths).
Replace backsplash tiling with 6" tiles (based on upto 5m2).
