• Supply and install new walk in shower 1400 x 900
• Supply and install new flush shower mixer and riser with large square rose
• Supply and install 900 floating vanity sink with 2 drawers below ( up to £300 )
• Supply chrome sink mixer taps
• Supply and install new floating toilet to new location to accommodate new shower
• Relocate radiator and fit new chrome towel rail 1400 x 600
• Ply floors and tile ( up to £14 sqm ) approx 5.5 sqm
• Tile walls ( up to £14 sqm ) approx 24.5 sqm
• Skim ceiling and paint
• Supply and install 6 ip rated spot lights
• Supply and install ip rated extractor fan
• Dispose of all rubbish
