Remove and replace sink
Remove and replace bath
Remove and replace toilet
Replace bath taps for new overhead shower mixer taps
Remove existing tiles around bath area
Supply Install water boards around bath and shower area
Re tile same area as old
Supply and install new skirting boards
Prepare all walls and ceiling and paint with water proof bathroom paint
Replace ceiling light with ip rated light
Ply floor and lay new waterproof click flooring

All fixtures, flooring and paints supplied by customer except pipework, wastes and sundries,

Dispose of all rubbish from Old Mill Bathroom add an extra £175
Dispose of all rubbish from Millers Barn Bathroom add an extra £195
