Remove existing 3 piece bathroom suite
Remove all walls tiles and flooring
Install new bathroom suite to specification of customer drawings
Install new power bath with new electrical supply
Create box and end of bath to support new shower controls and tile to match
Install new shower thermostat mixer and riser
Install new chrome towel rail
Tile all walls and floors
Bore out hole for new soil pipe to go round to join with existing toilet in adjacent room.
Wire in new ceiling down lights
Paint ceiling

Remove and dispose of all rubbish
