  • Remove existing lean too walls
  • Remove existing timber lean too roof
  • Re point existing fence line wall if required
  • Back fill existing pond with rubble and hardcore
  • Level off ground to accommodate new structure
  • Lay gravel to outside area
  • Remove and dispose of all excess rubbish and rubble
  • Re route soil and drain down pipes
  • Create foundations for new utility block walls
  • Build new wall to create new utility room as requested ( just block work )
  • Supply and fit new narrow UPVC window
  • Create new flat felted roof for utility room from existing roof line
  • Insulate and board ceiling
  • Supply and install all electrics in new area, ( 10 double power points and ceiling light )
  • Supply water and drainage from existing utility room
  • Remove 2 walls from internal existing utility room and make good ceiling
  • Move  and supply 1 x wall dwarf radiator
