Remove existing sash window
Fill in cavity that held sash weights
Cut out remaining wall below window to accommodate new 3ft wide wooden french doors
Supply and install concrete lintel
Install new patio doors frame work
Put together new patio doors including all door furniture (handles, locks and hinges)
