Patch lath and plaster damaged corner with new 12mm plasterboard overboarding
Tidy up loose wallpaper
Paint walls and ceiling over existing wallpaper
Paint all woodwork with white gloss including 1 sash window, 1 Door, 2 cupboard doors and skirting boards
Remove and dispose of carpet
Lay 4mm ply boards over floorboards
Supply and install new lino (colour to be chosen by customer)
Supply and install 1000 kitchen sink base unit with white shaker style doors
Supply and install chrome top mount square sink approx 700mm x 400mm
Supply and install sink medical faucet long handle mixer tap
Supply water and waste to new sink through wall to bathroom next door
