Jim's lads fitted our kitchen, not the easiest space to work in and the job presented lots of challenges. The guys were exceptionally helpful and thought through the problems to make the kitchen what we wanted.

KHS did a site visit on the day I telephoned, and came back several days later as agreed. It could have been a quick-fix option that would have gone wrong quite soon, but the gate posts were repositioned and the work was done properly, looking set to last. This was just a small job but Jim was the first of 6 different handymen to say that he would always find time to fit in a small piece of work. The others were too busy for the next 6 weeks or didn't answer phone/respond to voice mail. Although the job had to be postponed for 3 days, it was still completed within a week and done well.
